We’re a family run business based in the heart of Southbourne, Bournemouth. Set up by Nathan Waters and his trusty friend ‘Dobby’ in 2021, we set out to offer a local service to local businesses, and the people that run them.

In our world, you’ll never be a number. Every one of our customers matter to us, and we set out to make you feel that way, from your very first contact with us.

Just like the big insurance players you’ll have heard of, we have access to over 300 insurance agencies, including all the high street brands, as well as more specialised insurers for more tailored requirements.

We’re regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), members of BIBA (British Insurance Brokers Association), and accredited by the CII (Chartered Institute of Insurers). So it’s safe to say we know our stuff, and we’ve got the paperwork to prove it.

We can’t promise you we’ll always be able to get you the lowest price for your insurance. That’s not what we’re about. We focus on getting you the right insurance, at the best possible price, and that it will do what you actually need it to do.

We are regulated by the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which ensures that we adhere to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and customer protection in all our services.
