After years of battling with 5 or 6 insurance companies at a time, each taking valuable time and charging the earth, I found out about Nathan at waters and Co. He made the whole process quick, simple and kept the time taken to a minimum, they beat all other quotes in both cost and level of cover, I have already used my windscreen cover with absolutely no issues and the same incredible service I'd noticed when speaking with the broker. We have taken out an un-godly number of policies with him and he has impressed us every time. My Mum Kim runs our office and she is always very quick to tell me who has or hasn’t impressed and Nathan is definitely her golden boy! He is responsive, helpful and delivers every time. I know and trust he has sought the correct terms for what we need covering and more often than not comes in cheaper than the rest. He is also completely up front and honest if he thinks he cannot beat terms or cost with another product or company and that goes a long way with us. I have no doubt we will be doing business with Waters and Co for many years to come and would recommend anyone else out there to make them your go to broker be it for your business or personal affairs. We had been with the same company for a few years and were happy with their price and service, but having met Nathan and been impressed by his knowledge we thought it would be worth him looking through our policy at renewal. Not only did he spot some inconsistencies in our current policy, he was also able to give us a renewal price that saved us £200 for the year! The whole process was quick, efficient and professional.
